System Administrator (Internship)

Location: Mountain View, CA

Pattern Insight is looking for exceptional undergraduate engineering students who are interested in experiencing the exciting work environment of a high growth startup.

Job responsibilities:

• Automate processes (syncing, backups, etc.)
• Configure LDAP, NFS, NIS, DNS, etc.
• Install, configure and manage software packages for collaborative software engineering (e.g. JIRA, TeamCity, etc.)
• Write scripts to automate deployment and testing (we use Python)
• Work with Cisco firewall

Skills and experience are we looking for:

• Demonstrated background and interests in the above areas
• Familiarity with Linux from a sysadmin standpoint
• Familiarity with Python or other scripting languages
