Support Insight

Pattern Insight is building the next generation search and analysis engine for semi-structured data. Bridging the gap between search engines and relational databases, Support Insight™ provides the performance of keyword search and the power of traditional databases eliminating a lot of their limitations.

Built on our proprietary indexing and analysis technology, Support Insight can index TBs of system data and provide subsecond performance for complicated queries. Furthermore, it enables the creation of persistent signatures that can be used to scan new or archived data for instant matches. Support Insight can also analyze large collections of data and extract common patterns (e.g. for failures) that can then be codified as signatures back to the Pattern Insight engine.
